The new feature can be used when the block has laterals and the valve has been defined.
The manifold will automatically be placed on the lateral end points closest to the valve and the pipe between the valve and first lateral will also be added.
The Auto manifold function is available on the dialog showing directly after the fill laterals has been done and also on the Pipes tab. Use the link on the Pipes tab to create the manifold on an existing block.
Note: The function is only available if the block has a valve and laterals. It is not available if the manifold already exists.
The function works correctly for most block shapes. If your block has a very odd shape, the new manifold may not have the desired result. Just correct it manually.
The function only creates a manifold on the side of the block. You still need to use cut pipes for a manifold cutting across the laterals.
